We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
Refunds (If Applicable)
We only offer refunds in the following situations:
- Item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- Wrong item was received
- Item is lost in transit
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos or videos as proof.
Non-Returnable Policy
Due to the nature of our products and international shipping, we do NOT require customers to return items. Instead, we will assess each case individually and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.
Important:
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Minor differences in color or appearance (due to lighting or screen differences)
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
Shipping Time Disclaimer
All orders are processed and shipped from international suppliers. Shipping times may vary and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (customs, holidays, carrier delays, etc.). These delays are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Approval
Once your case is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
