Q: How long does shipping take?  
A: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping usually takes 7–15 business days depending on your location.

Q: Where is my order shipped from?  
A: Our products are shipped directly from our international warehouse to offer you the best prices.

Q: Can I track my order?  
A: Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Q: I entered the wrong address, what should I do?  
A: Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to update the shipping information.

Q: My item arrived damaged or incorrect  
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Q: Do you accept returns?  
A: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept general returns. However, we will always assist you if your item is defective or incorrect.

Q: I haven’t received my order  
A: Please allow the full shipping timeframe. If your order hasn’t arrived after 20 business days, contact us and we’ll help you.
